This restaurant aims to be part of the Aosta Valley gastronomic tradition by seeking excellent local ingredients: from Lignod potatoes to Aosta Valley apples; from alpine Fontina cheese to mocetta ham; all accompanied by the finest Aosta Valley wine labels recognized nationally.
